Rev. Quinn was born in Concord, NC, and raised in Kannapolis, NC. Rev. Quinn gave his life to Christ in 1999 at Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Waxhaw, NC under the pastorate of

Rev. Dr. David Cook, JR. Rev. Quinn served as an usher, trustee, and adult Sunday School teacher, and worked with the missionary circle at Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Waxhaw, NC.

Rev. Quinn accepted his call into the ministry, preached his initial sermon, and was licensed by Rev. Dr. David Cook, Jr. in 2004. Rev. Quinn studied at New Life Theological Seminary,

Charlotte, NC. He later accepted the call to be the Assistant Pastor at Red Level Missionary Baptist Church, Monroe, NC under the pastorate of Rev. Daniel W. Gatewood. Together, they have over 16 years of faithful service in the ministry.

Rev. Quinn was ordained by the Lanes Creek Missionary Baptist Association in 2007. Rev. Quinn has served faithfully in the association as President of the Ushers, President of the

Quarterly Union and Sunday School, and currently the Third Vice Moderator.
